Passenger Terminal Expo Asia is intended for professionals involved in the planning, design, development and operation of passenger terminals. This includes representatives from airports, airlines, government bodies, consultants and suppliers across the airport and aviation industry.
How can attendees safeguard their personal information and avoid scams?
Be cautious of any company that claims to have our full visitor/attendee list. We would never sell, share, or disclose our attendee’s data to any third parties without their explicit consent.
Unfortunately, like many event organisers, we are aware that impersonators sometimes try to deceive our customers by sending fraudulent emails claiming to be us and offering to sell attendee data. These are clearly scams and should be treated with caution.

Is the event free to attend?
Admission to the exhibition is complimentary for approved airport, airline and public sector professionals. All registrations are subject to review and confirmation.
Other pass pricings will apply to other visitor groups and for onsite registrations. Conference access is available with a delegate pass or included for eligible attendees. Please visit the registration and pricing page here for full details on pass options.
What does my visitor pass include ?
All passes give you full two-day access to Passenger Terminal Expo Asia 2026. Expo Pass holders can access the exhibition, networking areas and the innovation zone. Delegate Pass holders also have access to the full conference programme. VIP Pass holders receive full access plus entry to exclusive networking and hospitality areas.
What will I receive after I register?
After registering, you will receive an email from registration@pte-asia.com confirming that your registration is under review. All registrations are subject to approval.
If payment is required, you will receive a separate email with a payment link. Once your registration is approved and any payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique QR code.
This QR code is your digital ticket. Scan it at a self service kiosk on arrival to print your badge.
Do I need a visa to attend?
Overseas attendees may need a visa to enter Singapore to attend Passenger Terminal Expo Asia, depending on their nationality:

- Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) is the most convenient station, served by the Circle Line and Downtown Line. Upon arrival, follow the directional signage to Marina Bay Sands / The Shoppes, which provides direct access to the venue.

- Several public bus services stop near Marina Bay Sands along Bayfront Avenue. Common routes include 97, 133, 167, 502, 518, 970, and 980.
