PTE Asia can provide a Letter of Invitation to support visa applications, outlining that we invite you to attend our event on the relevant days.

Support is available only to fully registered attendees. We will verify your company’s industry relevance and past event participation, which may take up to a week. If you do not hear from us within two working weeks, your application was unsuccessful.

We will begin processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If you have special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier, please email the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

TRAVELLING TO SINGAPORE

In preparing to travel to Singapore, you are strongly encouraged to check for eligibility and specific requirements based on your country of departure. All travellers to Singapore must fill in the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) declaration within 3 days of arrival.

Please note that the SGAC is an electronic health declaration and not a visa.

Visa Information

Trade visitors attending the event can request a Letter of Introduction for their visa application by writing to us at visa@ukimediaevents.com with a copy of your confirmation. Please note that you must first complete your registration before requesting for the letter of introduction.
