• This prize draw is open to registrants who are aged 25 years old and over at the time of entry.  

• You may not enter this prize draw if you are: (a) an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter or of its group companies; or, (b) a member of the immediate families of (a) above; or, (c) professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration.  

• To enter this prize draw, you must:  

• Register and receive a confirmation email for your pass at PTE Asia from 0000hr on June 17 to 2359hr on July 31 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Entry Period").   

• Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the prize draw.  

• There is a limit of 1 entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions to the prize draw are not allowed.  

• There will be 1 winner. The winner will be chosen at random on Aug 4, 2026 by a randomised computer process from all valid entries received.  

• The winner(s) will receive a return flight between their country of departure and Singapore, and three (3) days and two (2) nights of hotel accommodation in Singapore, including accommodation on 23 and 24 September 2026, with arrival on 22 or 23 September 2026 and departure on 25 or 26 September 2026, as determined by the promoter (the "Prize"). The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs (e.g., travel, food and drink, insurance or other expenses) incurred are the responsibility of the winner(s). Return flight between country of departure and Singapore  

• The Promoter will notify the winner(s) by email on or after August 6, 2026 (the "Notification Date") and the Promoter will provide details on how the winner(s) can claim the Prize. The winner(s) have 3 days after the Notification Date to accept the Prize. If the winner(s) fail(s) to claim their Prize within the timescale the winner(s) will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may re-award the Prize in accordance with paragraph 7.   

• The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.   

• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this prize draw by the Promoter and/ or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the prize draw on behalf of the Promoter. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at: https://pte-asia.com/privacy-policy  

• Subject to paragraphs 13 and 14, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to pteasia-marketing@closerstillmedia.com, the winner(s) surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.  

• Entrants to the prize draw shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 12. You can object by contacting pteasia-marketing@closerstillmedia.com. 

• Without prejudice to paragraph 12 and notwithstanding paragraph 13 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 12 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.  

• The Promoter will not accept entries that are: a) automatically generated by computer; b) completed by third parties or in bulk; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or d) incomplete. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. 

• The Promoter's decision is final in relation to this prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• The Promoter is not responsible for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

• Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their employees, personnel, contractors and agents, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Prize or participation in this prize draw. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Promoter for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. 

• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances. 

• This prize draw and the Promoter's social media accounts (to the extent used) are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, social media sites. By entering into the prize draw, entrants release such social media sites from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the prize draw. 

• These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
