Stephen is a social creative catalyst with a distinctive worldview shaped by a multicultural background and extensive European experience. Active in research, his work focuses on SCHEI (Sustainability, Creativity, Human Factors, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation) through intra-, cross-, multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary approaches. His perspectives on social change, circularity, and environmental stewardship enrich academia and practice. He lectures at MILA University in sustainability, entrepreneurship, design thinking, innovation, contextual practice, and industry engagement.
