Stephen Poon is a social innovation catalyst and the Chair Fellow for the Policy, Research, and Engagement Initiative at the Digital Connect Society. Driven by a multicultural background and extensive European experience, his work champions social change, circularity, and environmental stewardship. Stephen's research spans the SCHEI dimensions (Sustainability, Creativity, Human factors, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation) through diverse intra-, cross-, multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. As an adjunct professor across multiple universities, he translates these insights into actionable education, teaching design thinking, innovation processes, sustainability, marketplace and industry engagement.
