Sophie Montenot is the Director, Aviation and Global Digital Delivery Practice Lead at SJ Group. With over 20 years of international experience in engineering, digital delivery and large-scale infrastructure projects, she specialises in the application of digital technologies across complex aviation developments, driving innovation through data, BIM and emerging AI-enabled solutions. Sophie plays a key leadership role on major aviation programs including Changi Airport Terminal 5, where she leads digital delivery and systems integration initiatives. Her work focuses on improving coordination, performance and decision-making across multidisciplinary project teams through advanced digital workflows and technologies. An active advocate for diversity in the industry, Sophie is a member of Women in Aviation and regularly contributes to discussions on inclusive leadership.
