Shantanu Gangakhedkar is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience advising clients across the aviation value chain including MRO, Airports, Airlines and government agencies with a particular focus in sustainability and digitization.​ Over the past nine years at Frost & Sullivan, Shantanu has successfully led and delivered more than 50 high-impact consulting engagements for a diverse set of clients for major clients in Asia and globally. His project expertise spans feasibility studies, implementation roadmaps, expansion and growth strategies, market opportunity assessments, trend impact analyses, and digital transformation strategies.​ He has authored multiple white papers on topics such as “Total Airport Management”, “Sustainability at Airports”, “Airport Digitization” “MRO Digitization Roadmap”, “Smart MRO” and is regularly invited to present industry insights and analysis at global and regional industry events. He is also frequently featured on various international and regional media channels to present his though leadership on industry outlook and industry insights.​ Shantanu has completed his MBA from S.P.
