Rebecca Wright is an Associate at Arup and the Asia Pacific Operations Consulting Discipline Leader. She works with airport operators, investors, governments, and infrastructure owners to improve how major transport infrastructure is planned, operated, and sustained throughout its lifecycle. Her experience spans the full terminal journey, from defining passenger-centred operational requirements during planning and design, through operational readiness and transition, to the optimisation and strategic management of assets once they are in operation. Working across Asia-Pacific, Rebecca has advised on airport, rail, and infrastructure projects that seek to balance exceptional passenger experiences with operational efficiency, resilience, and long-term value creation. Rebecca is passionate about helping organisations bridge the gap between infrastructure delivery and operational success, ensuring that assets perform for passengers, operators, and investors long after construction is complete.
