Raahul Kumar is Chief Executive, International and Robotics at Certis, where he owns and scales the company’s international business across Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, and leads the development of its technology-led security and services platform. He drives growth through market expansion, partnerships, and acquisitions, while advancing the shift toward software, automation, and integrated solutions. He also leads corporate development, enterprise transformation, and capital allocation across the group. He established Certis’ China R&D office to strengthen engineering capability and accelerate product development, and is driving the commercialization of embodied AI and robotics as part of the company’s next phase of growth. He has also led key divestments, portfolio simplification, and transformation initiatives, including supporting Certis’ turnaround in Australia, to improve cost efficiency and implement a lean operating model. Prior to his current role, Raahul worked in Temasek’s Portfolio Development Group and CEO Office, partnering with boards and management teams on growth, transformation, and investment priorities across multiple sectors. Earlier in his career, he was with Monitor Group, a leading global management consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 companies across North America and Asia. Raahul holds an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an Honours Business Administration with Distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
