Dr. Paweena Jariyathitipong is presently serving as the President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), where she oversees the strategic management and development of the country’s airport network. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science from Okayama University, Japan, and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Social System Management from Hiroshima University.

With over two decades of professional experience in civil engineering, construction management, and organisational development, she has held several key leadership positions within AOT, including Deputy Vice President of the Engineering and Construction Group and Director of multiple departments. Her international professional background extends to Japan, India, China, and Myanmar, where she contributed to engineering research, development, and consultancy projects.

Beyond her executive duties, Dr. Paweena actively participates in academic and technical committees, continuously advocating for sustainable infrastructure, technological innovation, and excellence in the global aviation industry.
