Onur Yamuk is Global Aviation Hubs Lead and Executive Director, Aviation Hubs at Surbana Jurong, where he leads strategic advisory and capital delivery for major aviation hub programmes. With nearly two decades of international experience across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, he has led complex airport and aerospace infrastructure programmes through planning, design, procurement, construction and ORAT. Onur also serves as Programme Director for Surbana Jurong’s Programme Management Consultancy for Jeddah Airports Company at King Abdulaziz International Airport, overseeing a portfolio of multi-billion-dollar capital delivery programmes. Combining engineering, commercial and programme leadership, Onur focuses on fit-for-purpose delivery models that align governance, risk allocation, capacity growth and operational continuity.
