Most recently serving as a regional senior leader at Otis Elevator Company, Onur has led multi-country, multi-cultural organisations through commercial growth, market expansion and transformation, contributing to significant order growth and substantial market share gains across competitive B2B industrial markets. A strong believer that business transformation and human transformation are two sides of the same challenge, Onur brings together commercial leadership, organisational transformation, digital strategy and customer experience to turn strategy into sustainable results. His experience spans revenue growth, market entry, structural and cultural transformation, capability building and leading large teams through periods of significant change. Alongside executive leadership, Onur is a CTI-Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), coaching senior leaders through complexity and helping organisations strengthen leadership capability from within. He is also an active mentor with NUS and NTUC, with a strong commitment to developing the next generation of leaders. Born in Kayseri and raised across Ankara, Istanbul and Singapore, Onur brings a distinctly cross-cultural perspective shaped by diverse environments, experiences and approaches to leadership. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership and Digital Strategy, combining academic rigour with practical leadership experience.
