Korijn holds a MSc in Science of Engineering and is the General Manager of Airport Intelligence, delivering expert consulting services. Before taking on the lead of Airport Intelligence, Korijn worked more than 10 years for Brussels Airport and worked several years as a Strategy and Management Consultant. As an airport expert, Korijn’s main focus has always been to continuously improve airport processes. In Brussels, she was part of the team that set up the APOC and guided it to a pro-active and data-driven coordination centre and was responsible for the development and implementation of the AOP. Since joining Airport Intelligence, she supported already more than 15 airports in Europe and Asia in their transformative journey towards TAM. Korijn also played an active role in the implementation of the APOC and AOP concepts in collaboration with other European airports. She led a consortium of 12 airports in a European funded project to develop an AOP and co-chaired the ACI Europe AOP Group for 5 years.
