Kelvin Goh

Dr Kelvin Goh is concurrently the director of airport development and planning at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and deputy group director of geomatics, land and infra digitalization at the Land Transport Authority (LTA). With over two decades of experience in highway engineering, road design and infrastructure digitalization, he has led the implementation of technology-enabled solutions for major transportation infrastructure projects. Dr Goh also serves as an associate faculty member at the Singapore Institute of Technology, where he lectures on highway and traffic engineering. In his role at CAAS, he oversees the planning and development of key airport infrastructure initiatives, including long-term airport development plans and major projects within the Changi East program, drawing on his extensive expertise in transportation and infrastructure planning to support the continued growth of Singapore's air hub.
