Honor is an associate director at WSP (formerly Ricardo Energy & Environment). She has over 17 years of senior-level experience leading the development and delivery of complex emissions mitigation strategies, with a particular focus on hard-to-abate sectors such as aviation. Her work spans the UK and Asia, where she advises major airports, governments and international financial institutions on policy, regulation and the implementation of decarbonization and air quality improvement programs. Honor currently leads the Asian Development Bank’s Low Emission Zone Technical Assistance Program, working with governments and industry to identify and implement innovative solutions that reduce emissions from the transportation sector. She serves on the British Chamber of Commerce Sustainability and Transport Committee and is a former committee member of the UK Institute of Air Quality Management. As a UK Department for Transport Aviation Ambassador (2023-2025), Honor worked closely with government and industry to support capability building and help develop the next generation of sustainable aviation leaders.
