Henry Poh is a senior aviation infrastructure leader with more than 24 years of global experience in delivering complex airport programmes and major capital projects. He has led and supported the planning, design, construction, and operational readiness of terminal, airside, and landside infrastructure across international airport environments, with a strong focus on governance, programme management, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Henry brings practical insight into the leadership, delivery, and operation of large-scale airport infrastructure in highly regulated environments. His experience includes engaging with international, regional, and national regulators on airport compliance, safety, environmental performance, best practice, and continuous improvement. He is also experienced in executive and Board-level reporting, stakeholder alignment, and mentoring high-performing teams. Henry is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of both the UK Institution of Civil Engineers and Engineers Ireland.
