Henry Poh is a senior aviation infrastructure leader with more than 24 years of global experience in delivering complex airport programs and major capital projects. He has led and supported the planning, design, construction and operational readiness of terminal, airside and landside infrastructure across international airport environments, with a strong focus on governance, program management, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. Poh brings practical insight into the leadership, delivery and operation of large-scale airport infrastructure in highly regulated environments. His experience includes engaging with international, regional and national regulators on airport compliance, safety, environmental performance, best practice and continuous improvement. He is also experienced in executive and board-level reporting, stakeholder alignment and mentoring high-performing teams. Poh is a chartered civil engineer and a fellow of both the UK Institution of Civil Engineers and Engineers Ireland.
