Fatimah Aljulaih is Vice President of Cybersecurity at King Salman International Airport Development
Company (KSIA).In her role, she leads the organization's cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk
management, overseeing the development of enterprise-wide cybersecurity capabilities that support
one of the world's largest airport developments. She is responsible for strengthening cyber resilience,
ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding security across business and technology operations.
Prior to joining KSIA, Fatimah held leadership and consulting roles at AlUla Development Company,
OXAGON, NEOM, PwC Middle East, Deloitte Middle East, and Gulf International Bank. Throughout her
career, she has led cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management initiatives, helping
organizations strengthen cyber resilience and support large-scale digital transformation.
Fatimah holds an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College and a bachelor’s degree
in information technology from Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University. She also completed the Chief
Information Security Officer (CISO) Executive Certificate Program at Carnegie Mellon University,
alongside executive education programs at Harvard Kennedy School and INSEAD. She holds several
internationally recognized cybersecurity certifications and brings over 12 years of experience in
cybersecurity leadership, governance, and digital transformation
