Erlangga Aekukula Renggana is a strategy and business development executive in Indonesia’s aviation and tourism sector. He currently serves as EVP of Corporate Planning & Transformation at Injourney, the national holding company overseeing Indonesia’s aviation, tourism destinations, hospitality, and related services ecosystem.

In his role, Erlangga leads corporate strategy initiatives, portfolio development, and strategic partnerships aimed at strengthening Indonesia’s aviation and tourism industry. His work focuses on long-term value creation, ecosystem integration, and driving strategic growth across the InJourney group.

Prior to joining InJourney, Erlangga served in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of Indonesia, where he was involved in strategic programs across Indonesia’s state-owned enterprise portfolio. Earlier in his career, he also worked in Corporate & Commercial banking at Bank Mandiri, supporting major corporate clients and sector development initiatives, during which he also completed his MBA Degree from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, as a Bank Mandiri's scholar.

Through his experience across government, finance, and industry, Erlangga brings a cross-sector perspective on aviation, tourism development, and large-scale strategic transformation in the region.
