Eric Dumas

Mr Eric DUMAS is the Director of Airport Operations & Maintenance at the Egis Group, a French architecture, consultancy, engineering and operations group covering the entire project value chain, with over 20,000 employees worldwide. Eric draws on 37 years of experience in airport operations, gained through various management roles, having started his career in basic operational positions which gave him an understanding of the day-to-day running and the importance of every stage of the value chain.
In this capacity, Eric is also the CEO of Egis Airport Operation company, which manages Egis’s holdings in the 21 airports operated by the group worldwide, serving over 30 million passengers in France, Belgium, Cyprus, French Polynesia, French Guiana, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Tanzania and Brazil, through concession contracts or Technical Service Agreements.
In this context, Eric also serves as a director on the boards of several concessionary companies in Africa and Belgium, as well as SEGAP, which manages Egis’s holdings in Africa.
In addition to overseeing the operational and financial performance of the airports in the portfolio, Eric also leads development efforts with an ambitious goal of increasing the number of assets operated by Egis internationally in general and in the Asia-Pacific region in particular.
Previously, Eric served as CEO of several airports operated by Egis in French Polynesia and subsequently in Belgium, having previously managed operations at the four airports in French Polynesia, and, prior to joining Egis, successively at the two airports in Lyon (France): Lyon-Saint Exupéry and Lyon-Bron.
Eric holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Management (Paris – Nanterre) and the International Airport Professional (IAP) through the Airport Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP) by Airport Council Internation (ACI).
