For over 20 years, Damon has the joy of driving and witnessing the growth of Singapore Changi Airport. He was leading the airport’s airline marketing efforts, charting the airhub’s development strategy in both the cargo and passenger sector. Damon has also undertaken roles that lead the airport community to live out and excel in delivering the airport’s service DNA of offering passengers a Personalised, Stress Free and Positively Surprising Changi Experience, before playing a key role in developing Changi’s own digital application. As the Senior Vice President of Airport Operations Control and Airport Operations Planning, Damon is now responsible for Changi’s real time terminal operations, elevating passenger experience through service redesign and operations transformation.
