Colleen brings energy and a passion to experiential design in the aviation sector. She specialises in managing and delivering complex, multi stakeholder projects, guiding schedules, scope, budget, consultant teams, and design progression from early concept through final documentation. Her approach emphasises clarity, organisation, and consistent communication to keep teams aligned. As a Design Manager and Experiential Designer, Colleen focuses on how human behaviour shapes meaningful places and builds her practice around “Designing with empathy.” Her experience spans a wide range of venues, including airport terminals, expo centres, convention centres and hospitality environments. Colleen views airports as places where daily life and urban identity meet. She is dedicated to rethinking the passenger journey through human centred insights that create intuitive and welcoming environments. She believes the built world influences how we move and feel, and our lived experiences shape how we interact with it. She works to connect these ideas to help shape the future of travel and is inspired by Populous’ mission to bring people together through design.
