Cheri Lim is an Advisory Committee Member of OT-ISAC, a Singapore-based threat intelligence sharing community that strengthens the cyber resilience of critical infrastructure operators across Asia. She is also the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of a leading global investment company, where she leads the enterprise's cybersecurity strategy, operations, and risk governance across emerging technologies including AI, ensuring the resilience of its global digital footprint. She plays a key role in safeguarding the firm's digital assets and actively partners with its portfolio companies to drive cyber maturity and foster a secure innovation ecosystem. With a strong background in national security, Cheri previously served as CISO at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and held senior leadership roles in the Ministry of Home Affairs. She has led national cyber defence initiatives, established a sectoral Security Operations Centre (SOC), and played a pivotal role in shaping international standards in aviation and critical infrastructure. Cheri is a recognised thought leader in AI, cybersecurity and digital risks, known for her strategic foresight, deep cyber and operational expertise.
