Andrea Wu is CEO of Urban-Air Port (UAP) and Co-Founder of small., with more than 25 years of international experience spanning aviation, major infrastructure, advanced air mobility and emerging technologies. Andrea has led the development and delivery of several world-first projects, including Air One in Coventry, the world’s first fully operational Advanced Air Mobility hub demonstrator, delivered in partnership with the UK Government, Hyundai Motor Group’s Supernal and a consortium of industry partners. Through UAP, she has worked with global organisations including Honda, Airbus, Supernal, Skyports, SITA and LG, helping bridge the gap between emerging technologies and real-world deployment. Prior to founding UAP, Andrea held senior leadership roles on some of the world’s most complex infrastructure programmes, including Hamad International Airport Expansion in Qatar, Battersea Power Station in London and Barangaroo International Towers in Sydney. A sought-after international speaker, Andrea has been a featured panellist and keynote speaker at Passenger Terminal Expo, Future Travel Experience, ACI events, Future Flight forums and leading global mobility conferences across Europe, North America and the Middle East. She is a recipient of multiple industry recognitions, including Power Book 2024, Formidable Females in Future Flight and CodeX World Top 50 Innovator. Andrea brings a unique perspective at the intersection of aviation, infrastructure, technology, passenger experience and next-generation mobility, with a particular focus on how airports and cities can prepare for the integration of autonomous and advanced air transport systems.
