Beyond Mobility: How Autonomous Robots Can Transform Passenger Experience, Airport Intelligence & Revenue

What if autonomous mobility could do more than simply move passengers? This session will explore how autonomous robots can become part of a broader airport ecosystem—combining passenger mobility, computer vision and digital twin capabilities with DOOH media and new commercial opportunities. Using our real-world deployment at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport as an example, I will share how autonomous mobility can improve the passenger journey while generating valuable insights about the airport environment. At the same time, integrated digital screens can create moving DOOH touchpoints for location-relevant content, retail promotion, brand engagement, and potential new non-aeronautical revenue streams.
