This includes smart, large-scale electrical energy streams and solar panels on airport buildings and grounds, contributing to self-sustaining airport infrastructure. Smaller-scale initiatives, like minimising water usage and recycling disposable materials, reduce the airport’s ecological footprint and raise passenger awareness.
