As part of the Auckland Terminal Development Plan, the new Domestic Passenger Terminal will be integrated into the current International Terminal, delivering a gateway experience that is key to the 10-year programme of work. The design narrative, reflective of traditional Māori environments, focuses on the
passenger journey expressed through three distinct moments – the voyage, transition, and arrival.
