Runtop's AI Intelligent Wayfinding Service Robot is designed for airports and other large transport hubs. Passengers can select or ask for a destination using touch or voice. The system plans the route and synchronizes its rotating directional arms to display direction and distance, providing an intuitive physical and digital guidance experience. The solution supports nine languages, local knowledge-base queries, voice explanations, information publishing and H5 mobile navigation. The three-screen, three-arm configuration can serve up to three users simultaneously. An open API/SDK architecture enables integration with airport navigation, flight information, commercial services and emergency platforms, subject to project requirements. Cloud-based device management supports content updates, status monitoring, remote diagnostics and maintenance.
